Shumi Hotel (Hangzhou shentangqiao subway station store)

The front desk was super caring, and we upgraded to a twin room with window for free! I am very happy, and the cooling effect of air conditioning is also very good. Sanitation is still okay. The subway station is right next to it, which is very convenient. The price is great, so I immediately booked another night. Haha😄

I chose a nearby hotel because of office needs the next day. I didn't expect the conditions to be so bad. 1. There was no hot water that night, and the reply I gave after consulting the front desk was that it was being repaired. I don't know if it was repaired. After all, I went to bed at 11 o'clock. 2. The toilet sewer is blocked and the lighting is broken. The details can be seen in the picture. I am convinced that cigarette butts can overflow from the sewer. 3. The service attitude is poor. Because of the above problems, I called the front desk to request a room change, and the staff's attitude was relatively bad. 4. After changing the room, all facilities can be used normally, but there are still shortcomings. The inner circle of the toilet shown in Figure 1 has strange stains, and the bedside backrest shown in Figure 2 has large and small holes, if it has not been replaced. Once the room is too troublesome, I definitely cannot accept this condition.

Convenient transportation and good service

除了相對便宜點，其他沒任何好評😓😓一進門就一股味道，是衞生間裏發出的，導致兩天都不敢開衞生間門，衞生應該是首位的吧，這算怎麼回事😇而且第二天一回到房間，就看見桌子上一個大蟑螂……噁心死了🤮而且桌子玻璃也沒擦，臟兮兮的，很多污垢，像*****一樣……

幫朋友訂的，入住的人也是他，所以不知道實際體驗怎麼樣，但是，照片是實地拍攝的。樓下有便利店，還是很方便的。

來杭州玩，住這邊離市中心地方挺近的，又靠近地鐵，價格還可以，挺好的。房間一般吧，無窗户但有個葉扇在走廊通點氣，還有排風扇換氣。

設施齊全，衞生乾淨，環境舒適，服務周到。

挺喜歡的，交通很便利

房間乾淨還不錯
