Friendly staff; hotel room is spacious and clean but no fridge provided; soundproof was quite bad and always woke up by door-slamming nearby; breakfast was very simple.
It still was a pleasant stay but not as good as expected.

Great experience away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. Beautiful elegant design elements throughout the hotel. Friendly staff helped me fix my AliPay and Didi apps to arrange a taxi (difficult for me being non Chinese). Stunning park just up the hill.

Nice unique boutique hotel with Chinese calligraphy and culture theme fused with a modern design. Breakfast is a simple Chinese-style breakfast spread with additional items that can be made to order. Room is spacious and clean with an outdoor space. Service is excellent and friendly. Best to order Didi car for daily transportation.

When I came here, I felt at home. The service of the hotel staff was very good, warm and enthusiastic. When I checked in, the manager sent afternoon tea. There was also a self-service afternoon tea downstairs. There was always a faint wood fragrance and sandalwood in the temple.
I stayed here for one night. It was the best choice as the end of the trip. My tired body and mind were healed.

This time I had a great experience staying at Hefu Jingshe. The B&B is surrounded by green trees, quiet and elegant. There are little squirrels in the yard. It is not far from the West Lake. The service of the ladies at the B&B is very thoughtful, especially Xiao Hu and Xiao Luo. The shredded radish pancakes for breakfast are delicious, and there are rich tea breaks. The room is large and spacious, with a sense of design. I will choose this hotel again if I have the opportunity to come to Hangzhou next time!
