最開始的房間空調不好使，熱的一身汗沒法睡覺，晚上十一點多開始聯繫前台，一直聯繫到十二點多還是忙線，無法接通，後來找了攜程客服才聯繫上酒店，前台換房了，換房後比較舒適，酒店服務還是挺好的，建議多檢修設備，提供備用電話，以免長時間等待

孩子去參加考試，希望能夠入住一家安靜舒適的酒店，經過篩選最終選擇了瓏悦隱棲酒店，酒店環境不錯，房間設施齊全乾凈整潔，比較安靜！早餐比較豐富可口！在這裏要着重感謝一下前台微信名簡單的我的美女，因為趕高鐵匆忙中遺落了耳機，保潔阿姨幫忙找到交給前台，也感謝辛勞的保潔阿姨！前台簡單的我及時與我聯繫，並聯系快遞公司幫忙寄回來，結果沒有想到快遞把包裹弄丟了……前後歷時二十天與前台美女幾次溝通，她始終都是耐心服務，最終快遞公司賠付了耳機款！此次杭州之行，感謝酒店和前台及所有工作人員認真負責細緻的工作，給了我們一次温暖的行程！值得推薦！必須點贊！

經常來杭州，這家酒店體驗感很差，老店新開，是一家很老的店改的，設施一般能接受，因為畢竟不到300的價格，服務很不專業，態度也很不好！14.00退房，13.00打電話到房間影響休息，洗衣房臟的程度顛覆了我的想象，有圖片，早上一個類似於客房經理的在研究那對臟東西是什麼！我告訴她是你們烘乾機裏的！早餐也是快捷酒店都不如，沒有什麼吃的，唯一能入眼的就衹有雞蛋，牛奶是奶粉沖的很淡，還有腥味，豆漿也是加水的，酒店的位置本來就不好，如果再配上現在的管理模式，老闆估計也很難！希望酒店能夠提升管理水平，既然和温德姆合作，那也要對得起這個品牌！
