The location was pretty good and near the subway. But the the services are not much fine. There is no toothbrush and water in the room. The phone also wasn’t connected. The receptionists were friendly and helpful.

The air conditioner in the room didn't work at all. It was freezing cold after staying for two nights. The room was not booked online and it was said to be a free upgrade? It turned out that the air conditioner in the room was useless at all. The first room used a heater. After staying in another room for one night, the air conditioner still had no temperature at all. It was freezing. I asked the front desk to add quilts, but I had to call twice. It was just delivered, a few hours later. To be honest, I really don’t recommend staying there. The air conditioner didn’t work, the room was too cold, and the service wasn’t very good. I even called for half a day and didn’t come over. How about a chain hotel? 大廳很大，我大晚上過來的，前台很熱情看我冷還給我倒了一杯熱花茶，天氣冷了剛好可以進店來一杯暖暖，門口就是公交車站，停車場地上地下位置都很多，停車很方便，還免停車費，地鐵站也離得近，房間被單衞生都很乾凈，出門在外是個很不錯的體驗，滿意
