Would recommend if you travel to Hang Zhou.
I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and here’s my thoughts. Location is next to metro station and near to west lake and shopping malls.
The staff are attentive to details and they provide great service. The staff gifted me a hand cream during check out.
Room is clean and comfortable, you can choose your choice of pillow.
Will visit again if I travel to Hang Zhou

Great experience with this hotel. The Metro station is within 2 mins walk and some bus stations are nearby. It's within walkable distance to the West Lake shopping areas and Wulin night market. The room is clean, comfortable and quiet. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Nothing I can complain about this hotel.

Good location with easy access for train station. The reception did not informed me about my breakfast and I forgotten about it.

Overall experience is great. The amenities are good. They have plenty of water supplies. Lobby has a small cafe. The best thing to talk about is the location. Just a throwing stone distance away from metro station. Opposite of this hotel has Kerry mall, where i bought most souvenirs from the supermarket. Walking distance to west lake.
Ps: the towels are a bit dusty

The room is clean and tidy. I like the waiter's attitude. The breakfast is a buffet with many varieties and nutritious food. The cutest thing is the robot. It’s great to deliver food in a timely manner. I’ll come back to this restaurant next time I come to Hangzhou. I was a little reluctant to leave when I left.

The hotel is very close to the subway station, only 100 to 200 meters from Exit C2. The room is very new and well-equipped, very quiet and I slept soundly. The front desk lady was very nice and provided free breakfast, which was rich in variety and tasted good. Overall, it is a recommended stay experience! !
