攜程上訂房商家標明是全新雙人房，而房間感覺已使用有兩三年。後去前台諮詢，證明是前年裝好，不是全新房。房間位置是四樓，屬加層樓。房間很窄，除了公共通道的衞生慘不忍睹，房間裏面的衞生也不好。希望能改進一下，給消費者一個滿意的住宿環境。
