Budget friendly hotel. BUT room cleanlines is not enough. I cannot recommend this hotel to foreigners. Because the front desk man was checking our passports more than 30 minunes and said he needs more time to inspect our passports. Later one man came to front desk and he saw all pages of our passports and stamps of the customs. Taking our photos even not asking. I really didn't understand why he was turning to see all page of our passports and documenting for some reason. So rude. I really didn't understand I am female traveler with my 13 years old son. That man was so rude and more than serious than customs inspection

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable and quite big, the receptionists and the workers were really friendly and helpful, definitely recommend 😁.

The receiptions are very friendly, help me catch taxi, book train ticket. My chinese isn’t good but they tried to support me. Room is clean but smells ciragette

This hotel was spotless & fairly quiet. The location was a bit further away from West Lake than I thought, but that wasn't a big deal. I'd definitely stay here again if I go back to Hangzhou, as it was very good value for 160 RMB/night.

Environment: clean and sanitary, good shower, tidy bed. You can dry clothes on the rooftop at the end of the corridor, but we didn't use it during our one night stay.
Service: You can store things, the attitude is very good
Transportation: I found it is a long way from the bus station. It was too hot, so I always took a taxi in a hurry.
Food and Beverage: The restaurant opposite is a bit expensive, but there are Shaxian snacks in the south, which are quite affordable.
