Exceptionally good service provided by Xiao Peng (小彭) and Xiao Xu (小徐). [The People] Xiao Peng always engage us and made us feel at home. You can see that she is genuinely passionate about her job. She informed us of the complimentary afternoon tea (from 2pm) and complimentary noodles for supper (from 10pm). Xiao Xu helped us with our check in and was very efficient. He also gave us some souvenirs on our last day and asked about our experience in Hangzhou. [The Hotel] Extremely comfortable and clean room. Love the open concept (1 door for the shower & toilet area). Pyjamas was thoughtfully provided as well. The most surprising part is that they even provide make up remover, face cleanser, garment detergent. 👍🏻 Free flow bottled water placed in the lobby and the lift area on each floor. Most hotels charge you for extra water but they don't. The location is very near West Lake. Not too sure about the transportation accessibility as I took Didi (taxi) all the time. 10/10 will book LESTIE HOTEL again when I revisit hangzhou. Highly recommend if you are considering to book this hotel.

Great location if you want to go to the stadium, not much else around, breakfast not great selection, rooms nice and big and very clean

Lovely clean and spacious rooms over looking the sport stadium! Loved the pajamas! Good variety breakfast including donuts and waffles.

The staff were very accommodating. My room was upgraded as the booked room was too close to the lifts and they felt it would bother me. The only downside was the airconditioning did not cool the room down. The room temperature was too hot to be comfortable. Overall a good stay!

We stayed here for a few days in October and had such a good experience. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very delicious and one of the best I've had. This hotel is located by several good restaurants and really close to subway stations as well. I highly recommend this hotel!

Facilities: Overall, it is old and in a building. The bed is quite comfortable. There are few parking spaces and the parking spaces are narrow. There are no charging stations. Hygiene: Not bad Service: Not bad. There is iced lemon tea at the entrance. The service is quite thoughtful.

The hotel provides free afternoon tea and some pillows and small commodities for sale to us. These people who come to Hangzhou for tourism provide convenience. The hotel lobby is clean and sanitary. The bedding is clean and tidy. The hotel has a delicious buffet breakfast, which is great. DD's service is very good and enthusiastic.

As soon as we entered the hotel lobby, Doudou provided us with sour plum soup and lemon juice. The staff was very enthusiastic and the check-in was quick and thoughtful. They introduced us to places to eat, drink and have fun in the surrounding area, and even requested breakfast for me when we checked in. It was very good. The hotel's breakfast buffet has many varieties, and afternoon tea and a bowl of noodles late at night are free. Thanks to Wang Doudou for his service. I recommend it!
