Breakfast is too simple and no coffee

Very satisfied with my stay in this Hotel. Location was good and hotel was clean.

I love the location near the canals. the room was clean and WiFi was good.

Location was good. Stuff very friendly. Room was clean. Only thing I didn’t fancy was the reusable slippers (although seemed like they were cleaned thoroughly tho). All in all nice place, will recommend.

The room is spacious and bright, the style is simple and elegant, the room is clean and hygienic, the air is fresh, the service attitude is good, the air conditioning is cool, the internet speed is also very good, there is a laundry room with dryers for free use, luggage can be stored, and there is a refrigerator on the first floor for temporary storage. It is close to scenic spots such as West Lake and Lingyin Temple. After visiting West Lake, you can go to Wulin Night Market for dinner. It is really good. The accommodation is very comfortable. I am really happy to live here. In short, I will stay here next time I come to play

The hotel environment is good. The TV in the lobby plays various safety promotional videos. You have to swipe your room card to go upstairs. It is safer and more secure to stay. There are also robots serving meals. The service is warm and the facilities are good overall. The hotel is about 500 meters away from the subway by the West Lake, which is very convenient. The West Lake is sparkling at night. The lights on the opposite side are brilliant, and the night view of the West Lake is beautiful, which brings this trip to a perfect end.
