The hotel is in a great location, very close to West Lake. There's a coffee bar in the lobby, and the front desk staff are very friendly! The room was newly decorated and very clean. It was a very satisfying stay. I will definitely bring my family back next time!

The hotel is just a few hundred meters away from the West Lake in Hangzhou, making it very convenient for visiting the West Lake Scenic Area. The popular check-in spot of Broken Bridge and Remaining Snow is only a five- to ten-minute walk away. The rooms are clean and tidy, in line with the standards of a Home Inn boutique. The only regret is that the room size is much smaller than the 25-30 square meter rooms in ordinary Home Inn hotels. If guests are particular about the room size, they will find the rooms in this hotel to be a bit small. Apart from this, everything else is fine!

The room was clean and comfortable, the service was excellent and welcoming, and the hotel was very convenient for travel. The sleep tea in the room was a pleasant surprise. Jasmine, rose, red dates, lily, and jujube kernel are all traditional Chinese medicines that soothe the nerves. The combination is delicious. In addition, the air-raid shelter is a few minutes' walk from the Broken Bridge of West Lake.

The hotel is newly opened, and everything is brand new, with excellent indoor and outdoor sanitation! There's even a small garden downstairs, with your own yard and free parking. Some areas of the yard are still under renovation, but the location is great. There's a secret passage that takes you to the Broken Bridge of West Lake in just three minutes. It's not too hot, and there aren't many people there in the morning.

The sanitation, environment, and service are generally okay, but parking is inconvenient and troublesome. The parking spaces are first-come, first-served, and it was full in the past. There was no space, so it took a long time to park. The breakfast variety is a bit limited, but the price is cheap.
