酒店地處內西湖景區，走路10分鐘到烏龜潭，地理位置優越。但周圍早餐店少且口味差。酒店沒有早餐。入住的家庭房在一樓，正對對面樓的空調外機，不敢開窗。但關窗後可以入睡。衞生間沒有門，用簾子隔開。

老闆服務態度超好。房間很有格調，衞生都是老闆親自打理的，非常細緻乾淨。房間裝修設計好。空調熱水熱風各種設施一應俱全。位置公交方便。離景區很近，走一會就到位。景區裏面空氣也好。非常ok。沒有拍圖，借用酒店圖片，與實際相符。好！

毫不誇張的説，這家民宿是我在多年旅行過程中遇到服務最好的一家，沒有之一！老闆娘暖心到把客人當成了自家親戚般對待。我們到達當天，她先在電話裏細心的指導我們如何乘車，往哪裡走風景最好。當我們拖着行李在半道走不動時，她直接從名宿裏跑出來，走到車站幫我們提行李，讓我驚訝到不可置信！入住後，主動幫我們把衣服拿到天台晾曬，並細心的提醒我們下雨天帶☂出門遊玩。要離開杭州那天，耽心我們誤車，打電話提醒我們早點兒從景點回民宿出發去動車站，在路上多留點兒時間，還幫我們把行李拿到路口打車，貼心到令人髮指啊！坐上出租車時，我真心是不想走了，恨不得再多待幾天，一直對她説:“老闆娘，很捨不得你！”在這個民宿，我感受到最大的亮點，就是這位讓人温暖如親人的老闆娘，她讓我旅途疲憊感全無，心情好得就像杭州的春天！另外，老闆娘還特別健談，你若有幸和她聊幾句，會發現她聊天特別生活，特別接地氣兒。大力推薦，這家民宿真心是太棒啦！（關於房間，我就不多描述了。如圖所示，非常之乾淨、整潔。）

酒店離西湖很近，房間寬敞，還有個小院子，去哪裡都很方便，打車也方便，周圍環境也好，就像住在公園附近，整個酒店都瀰漫著綠茶香氣，老闆人非常nice，到了就給我介紹了攻略，幾個吃飯地方也都不踩雷，還好出門前跟老闆多聊了幾句，接下來去烏鎮，可以打車，不用來回倒車，有老有小，真的方便好多
