I never stay somewhere else for my business travels to Hangzhou since 2018. You may find the breakfast selection not too variety. However their hospitality make their accommodation always full with customer.
Its location is in the middle of city which make commute between places easier. In fact, the nearest metro station only about a few minutes from the stay.
All staffs are very helpful and friendly.
Their body care product worked really well for my skin. I really love it.

perfect apartment with complete amenities, including washing machine, drying machine, and a whole kitchen set. The front desk is also very hospitable and nice.

The check in was very smooth and I was very impressed by the level of English spoken. A great relief!! The room / apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable. The washing machine is a real bonus - the only thing lacking was anywhere to hang out the washing to dry - I couldn't find a washing line over the bath or even a folding clothes airer in any of the multitude of cupboards which was a little frustrating. So you can wash your clothes but only dry them on the window sill or draped over the bath.
The bed was very spacious and very comfortable - to the point that I almost didn't want to get up! Breakfast was good too - great selection of Chinese foods as well as a small amount of western foods too along with fresh fruit, juices etc. Check out was very easy and would recommend staying here.
