Shangri-La Hangzhou is the first five-star hotel by the West Lake. It has a long history and was a must-go hotel for business travel more than 20 years ago. Walking into the hotel lobby is like entering a garden on a midsummer night. The waiters are warm and thoughtful, and the technological innovation of the guest rooms refreshed my original impression of Shangri-La. The breakfast is also good, although not much, but just right. The whole environment is also very beautiful and pleasant. The bed is also good, and the softness and hardness can be adjusted. I will choose to stay next time.

I instantly felt that the choice was very correct. Before coming, because the order was not continuous, I was worried that there would be problems with the time connection of changing rooms. At breakfast the next day, a male manager specially found the restaurant and told us that in order to avoid changing rooms and packing luggage to affect the experience, he helped us upgrade the next three nights. It really exceeded expectations. Even though as a Ctrip Black Diamond, I have seen all kinds of big-name hotels, I still think the hotel is very generous, and my good impression has doubled. I haven't left the hotel yet, and I haven't found any obvious flaws in the basic services. The staff is polite and enthusiastic. The room is cleaned twice a day, and the laundry, turndown service, and fruit supper all make people feel comfortable and attentive. If you want to live near West Lake and have requirements for hotel environment and facilities, I recommend Laishui Zhixinju to experience it. It is full of details and is the best choice.
