Higher recommended, it was a very great experience with high tech Xiao Du AI companions during the stay. Their service was excellent, even though we didn't opt for hotel breakfast, they were willing to help order food delivery for us.
The best is they also provided free laundry service together with dryer available. The location is very strategic, walkable distance to the famous Hangzhou West Lake spots.

- Very comfortable and cozy place
- Free laundry provided (and they help to dry and fold the clothes after)
- Service was superb
- Room was clean, cozy, pretty, super comfortable
- Shower water pressure was so nice
- Everybody was satisfied with the stay. Would highly recommend!!

This was an extremely satisfying trip, with the staff at the front desk and in the guest rooms, as well as the restaurant, being particularly friendly. The laundry service provided was especially noteworthy, as it allowed guests to have their clothes washed and picked up from the front desk—the use of smart facilities and equipment made the entire process very user-friendly. The complimentary coffee and coffee syrup available in the lobby, as well as the robot delivery service, were also very convenient. There are numerous nearby attractions, and they are all relatively close, taking around a 10-15 minute walk to reach. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family planning a trip to Hangzhou.

great location, endless restaurants and scenic spots, as well as shopping sites. super friendly and very attentive staff, clean room, interesting choices of breakfast (highly recommend the white rice conjee). there is free laundry service but I didn’t try. you can store your luggage at the front desk after check out.

Breakfast is good, Laundry good, but service is especially impeccable. When the front desk ran out of space, management let us leave luggage in the room past checkout and the front desk manager even helped us to place our luggage in the room. Location is pretty convenient, I’d definitely recommend!

What a fantastic hotel, great breakfast and very friendly staff. Close to the beautiful West Lake and the metro. Good laundry service too. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Hangzhou. 5 Stars!!!
