great location, endless restaurants and scenic spots, as well as shopping sites. super friendly and very attentive staff, clean room, interesting choices of breakfast (highly recommend the white rice conjee). there is free laundry service but I didn’t try. you can store your luggage at the front desk after check out.

Breakfast is good, Laundry good, but service is especially impeccable. When the front desk ran out of space, management let us leave luggage in the room past checkout and the front desk manager even helped us to place our luggage in the room. Location is pretty convenient, I’d definitely recommend!

What a fantastic hotel, great breakfast and very friendly staff. Close to the beautiful West Lake and the metro. Good laundry service too. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Hangzhou. 5 Stars!!!

Very convenient location, about 5 mins walk to train station and 15 mins walk to the West Lake. The staffs were polite and very keen to help if you have any queries.
Room is clean and bed is comfy.

The hotel is very close to the Metro station with nice breakfast. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of eating places nearby the hotel.
