Hangzhou Xihu Yingxiang Hotel (Liulangwenying Leifengta Branch)

The hotel is very close to the West Lake, just across the road. There are buses at the door and it is very close to the attractions. You can walk to the Zhejiang Art Museum. The location is very good. We are 2 adults and 2 children. We booked two rooms for a comfortable stay. The waiter is nice, the room is clean, with smart curtains and toilets. There are welcome fruits. Delicious food and mineral water are also given when checking out. It was a very good stay experience.

The room is big enough, there is a cloakroom at the entrance, and the living room and dining area are very comfortable. The location is ideal and the car is available quickly. The service was fast and the lady was very helpful.

There is a restaurant downstairs. The child had lunch and rested well in the afternoon. We checked out early in the morning, and the manager specially packed a large bag of snacks and water for the child. In addition, the hotel is located in a quiet place in a busy city. A short walk away is a self-driving boat dock. Opposite is one of the most famous attractions in West Lake. The room decoration is very characteristic of Jiangnan water town. Our family lived very comfortably and happily. Thanks to the hotel's service staff and the on-duty manager every day

The hotel has a beautiful environment and convenient transportation. It is close to every attraction. The staff is very enthusiastic and always pays attention to guests' needs and provides help. I will continue to choose this hotel when I come to Hangzhou again.

The hotel is located on Nanshan Road, which is a great place to visit West Lake. Just a few steps away, you can see the Orioles Singing in the Willows and Leifeng Pagoda. The hotel rooms are elegant and comfortable, and the breakfast is a set meal with a reasonable combination of porridge, noodles and snacks.

West Lake Impression is one of the best hotels I have stayed in recent years. It is commendable and has outstanding regional advantages. Leifeng Pagoda, Changqiao Park and Orioles Singing in the Willows are only a few hundred meters away, which is a ten-minute walk, saving time and effort. The hotel opened this year, and the rooms, equipment and decoration are all new, from water dispensers to air purifiers and humidifiers. There is a restaurant downstairs, serving Cantonese, Hangzhou and Sichuan cuisine with a wide variety and good taste. Breakfast is delivered to the room, which is large and filling. Surprisingly, there are makeup remover wipes, lens wipes and earplugs in the drawer of the bedside table, which are not provided by many high-end hotels. The butler communicates with guests in a timely manner, handles problems quickly, and the results are seen quickly. We arrived at the hotel at around 11 noon and were able to check in at 12 noon. The manager said that guests could check out before 2pm. There are snacks, peanuts and fruits when you enter the room, and souvenirs when you leave the hotel. Stayed for two days, felt warm and impressed. We come to Hangzhou often. If I come again next time, I will choose West Lake Image Hotel.
