Hotel was conveniently located few minutes away from Hangzhou Station (Railway & Metro). Room was clean and nice, enjoyed our stay here. There are one or two sets of washing machine facilities located on our floor. Would be better if there were things like hand soap, better Wi-Fi, floor mats etc. But this seems to be a new hotel, so I assume that they are still improving their processes.

The front desk was very nice and patiently introduced us the route to West Lake. The room was very comfortable, mainly because it is a new hotel with complete facilities.
