I can clearly hear the conversations upstairs and next door from where I live, even at 1:00, and the sound of pulling chairs. I can hear the preparations in the restaurant in the morning, and I can only sleep 3-4 hours a day. There is no phone in the room, and the front desk can only contact WeChat, and the response is very slow. I even need to contact Ctrip customer service halfway. The front desk heard that my sound insulation affected my sleep and gave me earplugs and eye masks, but they are not very useful... because it is really noisy. There is a distribution box next door, and there is also noise. Compared with other Atour, I will not choose this place when I come to Hangzhou in the future. The cleaning lady is still very good.
