環境不錯，但還有不少不足，我定的是親子房間，價格不低，空調聲音太大，製冷效果不好，空調在不斷的在關關停停，啟動聲音很大，要打到17到18度才製冷。房間有裝修的味道，晚上都不敢關窗户睡，房間隔音效果很差，晚上外面有任何聲音都聽的一清二楚。門口的感應燈不停的在閃爍，有任何聲音就閃，動一下被子都閃，不要説外面有聲音了。半夜外面客吵鬧聲音太大。

酒店剛營業1個月，很多地方都需要完善。不得不吐槽的是，玄關門口的頂燈，一直亮，找了半天沒有開關，想打房間電話去前台，電話也無法使用。人肉下樓去前台溝通，叫了阿姨來房間看，阿姨告知這是感應燈，衹要人不站那裡，就能自動關閉熄滅。我們信以為真，結果哄娃半天，燈一直亮，因為燈光刺眼，睡不着。這個感應燈直接亮到天亮，一晚上我們都沒有睡好！

我們這次去龍井峽漂流，是在攜程網上找的新龍都大酒店，看到有停業的訊息，後經過再三確認，總枱的服務小姐也很耐心的跟我們解釋是剛剛恢復營業，我們是晚上10點左右到酒店的，沒想到酒店的人都在等我們，非常感謝，酒店的環境設施非常好，員工服務態度也很好，出門旅行心態很重要，也讓我們接下來的漂流玩的很盡興，謝謝新龍都大酒店的所有人，下次有機會過來還會住宿你們酒店。

房間乾淨衞生，停車方便，服務態度非賞好。酒店環境優雅。本來預訂另外一家臨時改成這家，沒有讓人失望，非常方便。住宿，餐飲，足浴按摩，KTV全都有。值得再次入住。

龍崗鎮上最好的酒店，也是鎮上最正兒八經的酒店，酒店服務很好，晚上7點到後正好趕上當地人在酒店辦婚禮，服務員特意讓我們到2樓包間就餐，還特意給我們一個她們用的暖風機加快制熱，很貼心。唯一建議改進的，淋浴間水有點小、下水道不是很通暢。

不錯的酒店，酒店現在在做年貨節開播，好熱鬧 ，大廳裏有各種各樣的堅果，早餐自助，滿意滿意 ！ 熱水很大，比上次來有很大的進步 。前台服務也好了。
