I had such a lovely experience during my stay here!
From the moment I arrived, the staff were genuinely warm, polite, and always ready to help - their hospitality made me feel right at home.
The breakfast spread and afternoon tea were absolutely amazing - everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. It was such a treat to return to these little indulgences each day.
What really stood out were the thoughtful freebies provided by the hotel - from a handy nail cutter to a stylish tote bag and other travel essentials, it's clear they've put real thought into the little things that make a guest feel pampered.

We had an excellent stay at W Hotel Hangzhou. The hotel’s location is closer to a quieter part of Hangzhou, making it suitable for travellers looking for a more relaxing trip. Transport was easily arranged with Didi.
The staff were very hospitable and made us feel extremely welcome in the hotel. They were also constantly checking in with us to see if we needed anything else. The room was very spacious, and the beds were very comfortable also. They also served an excellent breakfast as well!
Will highly recommend the hotel to anyone coming to Hangzhou!

This was hands down the best hotel we stayed at during our trip. While it was a bit challenging to find a taxi willing to drive up the steep, narrow hill, the exceptional hospitality we received at the hotel made it all worth it. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. Every little detail was attended to, from the personalized service to the genuine kindness and warmth they showed throughout our stay. It’s rare to experience such heartfelt hospitality, and it truly made our trip memorable. The hotel’s staff created an atmosphere where we felt like more than just guests – we felt like part of the family. This warmth and attention to detail are what made this hotel stand out and left us with unforgettable memories. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a truly special and welcoming experience.

We have been here in the 1st week of the opening. A very cozy place with unique design.
The staff was very friendly. Even in the first week when not everything went 100% smoothly (which is quite normal), the staff organised everything very well. The room was large, clean, the bed very comfortable and the breakfast very delicious as well. In the room you have everything you need incl. free beverages. The location is also quite good and everything easy to reach with didi in close distance. From the airport, it takes around 1h drive.
We definitely will come back when we go to Hangzhou again.

The breakfast is the best I've ever had in any hotel.
The details are so detailed and the service is definitely a five-star experience.
The boss is very nice and it's a great experience.
The room design is great, and the big floor-to-ceiling windows are full of green mountains.
When I get up in the morning and open the curtains, I feel so healed.
