Very bad lightning protection. The room is super small. If you come out of the bathroom and stand at the sink, you will easily hit someone. The elevator can only go to the 2nd and 3rd floors, which are like attic stairs. It is impossible for a small girl to go up by herself with her suitcase. The hotel will send someone The male staff helped bring the hotel up and downstairs when checking out, but even then it fell down. Family trips need to be protected from lightning. It was around 5 o'clock. What procedures should I go through if someone claims to be in the hotel? I called and asked the front desk. Still don’t admit it’s so early in the morning

Very poor. The hotel should be a LOFT. The two-story LOFT has one room downstairs and two rooms upstairs. The reservation pictures show the rooms downstairs. The rooms upstairs are low and cramped. They are not what the pictures show at all. But when booking a room, It's always the same display picture, so you can't see it at all. What's even more speechless is that there are dried rice grains on the table, the bathroom walls are covered with decoration dust, and there are marks every time you slide your fingers. Although soundproofing is poor in all express hotels, it is even worse when it is renovated into a loft. There are guests at 1 a.m. and can be heard on the entire floor. The hotel's own staff were still chirping after 7 a.m. without disturbing the guests at all.

衞生：剛進房間沒有什麼味道，就是有點點灰塵，浴室和牀頭櫃邊有點小垃圾，
服務：發現房間沒有完全打掃乾淨，哪怕是晚上十一點多也馬上解決問題，主動提出給我們換個房間，送早餐券等方案，我們因為已經把東西鋪好了就沒有換房間，工作人員在第二天給我們打掃了房間
環境：離天街還是挺近的，周圍晚上有很多小攤

一開始可能我們去的比較晚可能，衹有三樓的房間，三樓我們拎着行李上去會比較麻煩，和前台溝通過，小姐姐第二天幫我們換到了二樓，還挺不錯👍離地鐵大概兩個紅綠燈，步行可以到，打車去西湖方便還便宜🎉
