Although the check-in at the front desk took a long time, the staff kept chatting with me so that I would not be bored or just standing awkwardly while waiting. The hotel has complete facilities, high cost performance, strong wifi, good environment, and good location. It is next to Qingshan Lake Water Forest. The room is very good and I like it very much. It is clean and tidy. I feel at ease during my stay. The room is very spacious and check-in is very fast. Hotel The staff at the front desk are very enthusiastic and will take the initiative to say hello. They are very considerate, especially the two ladies at the front desk, Shine and Alice. The breakfast buffet is also great. Welcome fruits are also provided in the room. When ordering takeout, it is delivered by a robot. If I come to La'an again, I will choose Grand Mercure Qingshan Lake.

On our way back to Shanghai, our family of four chose to rest for two nights near Qingshan Lake, where we saw the newly opened Grand Mercure. Because we like quietness and a good window view, the hotel is in a great location, the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room are very appetizing, and we have a panoramic view of Qingshan Lake. The overall stay experience was great, and the entire hotel staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, went out of their way to provide attentive service. Then I also want to give a thumbs up to the environmentally friendly and plastic-free concept of the room's comfort. Although there were fewer people at the breakfast buffet on Monday morning, it did not affect the variety and quality of the buffet. Thanks to the hotel team, I will choose this place next time I visit.

設施：都很好 如果能有一次性浴缸套提供就更完美了 衞生：乾淨整潔 第一次入住，看到網上評分很高。就打算來體驗一下，果然不虛此行，賓客經理服務很好很熱情，有求必應，也會很有耐心聽我的訴求，問了一下名字 是叫shine ，還挺好記的，必須給她點個贊，房間乾淨舒適，床很軟很舒服，房間採光不錯，也很安靜，周圍停車也挺方便的，房間就能看到青山湖,再次感謝Shine小姐姐幫我安排的房間，下次還會來的，值得推薦！！！！！！！！！

酒店員工態度非常親切，熱情周到，給人賓至如歸的感覺。服務效率很高，辦理入住和退房迅速，還幫我做了升級，因為是給朋友訂的房，交付的現金，我不能來退房解釋了一通也沒人能幫我解決。賓客經理Alice劉經理能認真傾聽我的訴求以及幫我解決問題。酒店地理位置優越，交通便利，附近有地鐵站點，方便出行距離青山湖水上森林也是很近的。酒店的衞生情況非常好，客房的清潔工作做得很到位，公共區域也保持得乾淨整潔。房間設計很温馨簡約看起來很舒服，也很居家。

酒店剛開業我們就碰巧定了這家酒店，酒店很新，位置也很好，窗户直接可以看到青山湖湖景，樓下停車也很方便，衞生嘛剛裝修好肯定是乾淨的，設施和服務需要提升吧，我看沒有幾個服務人員，都在前台，設施熱水器和空調可以稍微調整的更完美一些，房間照片跟商家上傳的一致，推薦5顆星

新酒店，一切設施都很新，旁邊挨着市民中心。 周圍還不熱鬧，沒什麼商業，但是外賣都叫得到。 樓下就是地鐵站，沒車的朋友出行也很方便，連馬路都不用過。 可能是因為我剛開業，前台給免費升級了房間，景觀更好了。進房間就是青山湖，非常舒適。（還遇上了半馬比賽） 服務很周到，建議的話就是酒店地下車庫可以裝點充電車位。 （沒怎麼拍房間內照片）
