I understand this hotel is cheap but I believe hygiene should be something to consider besides having a small room with no amenities but the hygiene was so terrible. The service was good, I checked in very fast for a small hotel, it is close to the metro, everything was okay except the hygiene of the place. I was afraid to even sleep on the bed. There was some hair residue on the pillow, the tissue holder had black marks, there was a yellow bow that seemed so dirty and disgusting to look at right besides the bed, the shower tap had green marks on it, the hygiene should be improved please!!

The location is pretty well but there is no parking for the car. There is no bottle of water in the room. It’s not bad for a day but not a good choice to stay more in Hangzhou. The reception was friendly and helpful.

The room has no windows but it's still okay. The price is very good. The quilt and bed are clean and smell good. The surrounding area is very convenient and has everything. The most important thing is that the air conditioner and hot water are very hot. Like it, like it like it.
