I recently stayed at your property from June 11th to June 16th. Among the local chain hotels I’ve experienced, FM Hotel stands out as the best so far—a significant improvement compared to my numerous visits since 2015. I was particularly impressed by your staff’s friendliness and professionalism. One team member who deserves special recognition is the lady in charge of the restaurant during breakfast hours.
On June 13th at 7:42 AM, I noticed some unpleasant scenes on the restaurant floor. Being observant, I took a photo to use as a training example for my daughter, who is studying Hotel Management in Hangzhou. Ms. Wee immediately approached me, apologized sincerely, and handled the situation with remarkable professionalism. She even offered a fruit basket as a goodwill gesture. I assured her that my intention was purely educational—not to demand compensation or share the incident publicly. While the fruit basket itself wasn’t the priority, Ms. Wee’s dedication to service recovery is commendable.
Overall, your staff are exceptionally well-trained, and the facilities and amenities are excellent. FM Hotel remains a standout property, and I will certainly return in the future.
