The hotel left me with mixed feelings.

- There should be sockets for the phone on both sides of the bed! In the room they are only on the left…

I liked the hotel. It is really nice and is located in a quiet place. They also sell delicious coffee at the entrance. But my stay was marred by one situation. I understand that the hotel and the staff are not to blame for this, but I want to leave this here so that the owners think about it. The hotel has an independent laundry. Very convenient! But it is the only one for the whole hotel! I decided to use the laundry before checking out and went to breakfast. When it was time to finish washing, I went to check my things and found that one of the residents had treacherously taken out my things, which were not yet completely washed, and put them wet in the dryer. Okay.. I put up with it. I did not take out his things and finish washing mine. I am not such a..... bad person as he is. But, for some reason, when his things were finished washing, and mine were not yet dry, he easily took them out of the dryer, put them in a basket next to him and calmly began to dry his. I no longer had time to finish drying, I had to check out of the hotel. I had to take my still wet things... which then began to smell unpleasant because of this. It is disgusting. Install another washing machine and a dryer or a person who will stop such rudeness from the residents!

"Overall, that I found this hotel to be very creative and comfortable, with plenty of room for improvement. However, be warned that the surrounding shops and neighborhood can be a bit rough - exercise caution when exploring the area."

Hotel is situated in center of the urban city. It has a good minimal design around a local neighboorhood.
A cafe at the 1st Floor is a very big plus.
Room is big and with lots of windows.

The hotel would deserve better surroundings because it designed and cleanliness are really nice compared to the buildings and streets around. Also parking in the street is not easy because of very limited space. But this hotel is nice , although the rooms are small. The breakfast buffet is very good and the chief is taking a great care in keeping it clean and loaded, while he can prepare any dish like omelette or noodles. At the end, the ratio price/quality is good.

Amazing stay at at beautiful hotel in a local housing estate not far from the Metro station which brings us to places of interests in 2-3/4 stops. Metro system in HZ is very effective and the lines overlaps and we can change to various lines conveniently! Visited all the places of interests and also local night markets and outlet store.
The restaurants beside the hotel serves delicious food for lunch we had the self served meal right next to hotel. For supper we tried the restaurant 2 stores beside the hotel! Supermarkets and pharmacy around the estate also.
Explore the local shops and grab some burger and fruits! The hotel has a cafe and we enjoyed the lattes that they serve!
Hotel has a laundry room but only 1 washing machine and 1 dryer so it was abit inconvenient as we had to move the laundry. If it was a 2 in 1 washer and dryer that’d be better. I was lucky to use when it was empty as after me there were 2 ppl who wanted to use but had to wait.
We had a loft room and my 12 year old slept upstairs comfortably. Abit dangerous for younger kids as it’s quite steep and slippery at the steps. Bed and beddings are comfortable and new! Shower and toilet are separate and abit small but functional! All good! And we highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Hang Zhou!
