Mercure Hangzhou Xixi Wetland

This hotel is truly my top choice for business trips, and every experience is truly delightful. I have to commend the friendly staff at the front desk. They're incredibly efficient, and check-in and check-out rarely require a wait. They're also incredibly attentive. Last time, when I needed to print documents, they proactively helped. I also needed to arrange for breakfast to be packed for the next day. Their attention to detail is exceptional. The hotel environment is also excellent. The lobby is clean and bright, the bedding is comfortable, and the desk and chair are spacious, making it convenient for evening work. What impressed me most was Yu Xiangchun, who oversees my regular room. She's a true detail freak! Every time I come back, the room is tidy and neat, and she even helps me keep my charger cable neatly arranged. They understand my needs, and they clean the room without disturbing my rest. It's truly wonderful, and their patience is incredible. It feels like home. The service here is like treating guests like friends and family. It's truly unforgettable, far superior to many high-end hotels. I'll definitely stay here again!

Xixi Wetland Scenic Area is convenient for travel. The room was well-equipped and clean. The service was excellent, friendly, and they even proactively cleaned the car. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Hangzhou. There's a wide variety of restaurants nearby, offering a wide variety of cuisines. It was a comfortable stay for a large family, and it was convenient for them to have fun. I highly recommend it to everyone...
