出行很方便，很適合乘坐地鐵，高鐵外出。酒店室內較小，衞生服務還是可以。早上服務員電話告知外來人員需離店，派出所民警可能要查房，原因你懂的🤭🤭

房間內竟然有煙頭，洗髮水沐浴露都沒有 ，毛巾都是打電話現要的，送過來也沒有説任何話，直接遞過來，吹風機也不好用，把手那一直掉下來 吹頭髮很難固定，一整個大無語

前台服務一般，基本沒笑臉，房間大小還行，被子破了個洞，衞生間花灑打開管子有破損會從旁邊噴水，空調運行過程會發出一陣一陣的聲音，晚上睡眠淺的人容易睡不好，早上8點不到被門外手機鈴聲吵醒，睡得不太好！

前台服務態度差，房間安全係數差沒有門拴，想換個房間還要自己下去拿房卡，保潔阿姨態度也很差，溝通中話都沒説完轉身就走，房間兩邊充電口竟然有一個充不上電，無語😓，門鎖也鎖不緊，衞生一般般，水池全是印子，就這還是**第一個推薦的酒店呢，這對第一次來杭州旅遊的人住宿體驗感極差，雖然離火車站近但還是不推薦

第二次入住，房間整潔，中央空調，店家提供了瓶裝水，我入住的房間還有一個冰箱，有點小驚喜，寢具乾淨可以安心入睡，再來杭州一定要選諾誠
