Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at Hangzhou Centre

The hotel is very new, with complete facilities, comfortable room layout, dry and wet separation in the bathroom, and smart toilet. The shower room is spacious and can be sat on. The water volume is large and very comfortable. The water supply in the room is in paper boxes and tastes good. Lavazza coffee machine and capsule coffee, it would be better if milk is provided, so you can make your own latte.

This is my second time in Hangzhou. I have stayed at Park Hyatt before. This time I came to experience Four Seasons. After having dinner in Hangzhou Center, I walked through the sky garden on the 8th floor and took the elevator to the reception hall on the 10th floor. After Christine confirmed the reservation, Manager Lin efficiently checked in because we arrived early, introduced the facilities and equipment, etc., and confirmed with the hotel in advance that the room windows were open and more drinking water was placed. The room is on the 26th floor, with a view of the city and the canal. The room has a rich mini bar, a large bathroom area, a floor-to-ceiling window design, good lighting in the room, and very soft and comfortable bedding. The staff in the breakfast room are very enthusiastic, the small wonton is delicious, and other products are very online. Savannah also made milkshakes according to my needs, which are very delicious. If you take a taxi, you need to inform the concierge of the license plate to guide the vehicle into the hotel. Let's take a look at the gym and swimming pool next time. This time was too rushed. Four Seasons is definitely a must-stay for me next time I come to Hangzhou.

The Four Seasons Hotel, which opened last year, is more business-style. I called in advance and the electric heater (I am a super cold person) and buckwheat pillow I needed were delivered to the room as soon as I checked in. I upgraded the room type for free, and I was given chocolate on February 14. It is very close to the mall, and you can walk directly from the 7th floor to the terrace to the hotel. The toiletries are all in large bottles, and the small tube of toothpaste is more suitable than most hotels. The waiter I met was very nice. I caught a cold the day before, so I asked for hot ginger cola, which was delivered quickly. The standard of the western restaurant is still good. Disadvantages: The taxi positioning is always wrong, but fortunately, I told the guard the get-off number and he would help guide the vehicle to the door at the intersection. Although there are all kinds of breakfast, the overall quality is still different from the Four Seasons, especially the only Hangzhou specialty snack is Pianerchuan, and the taste is average.
