Hampton by Hilton Hangzhou Northern Gongshu

Searching for new hotels that opened within a year, I found this Hilton Garden Inn. The location is easy to find and the area around the hotel is relatively quiet. We upgraded the room type for free when we checked in. Because we were in a hurry for this trip to Hangzhou, we wanted to take a lunch break before checking out. The front desk also happily agreed to let us check out more than two hours later and gave us a small gift. Overall, it was a very satisfying living experience.

The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. It is a very cozy hotel. Xiao Zhu and Xiao Xu are very nice, very warm and friendly. The facilities are complete and perfect. There is a business area where you can print directly for free. The desks are equipped with charging ports, which is very convenient.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. There is a subway station nearby. It is quiet and luxurious. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The hotel staff Xiao Guo and Xiao Fan are very good. The other service staff are also very good. I will stay here again next time.

I booked the hotel in advance, and when I arrived, I suddenly found that the price had dropped. The front desk helped me upgrade the room type and also gave me breakfast. The equipment was very new, the sanitation was very clean, the service was very good, and there were welcome fruits, which was great.
