來杭州玩，訂了這家酒店，房間很好，工作人員還給我們升級了一下房型，裝修的也很不錯，窗户大，配備實施都齊全，一次性的洗漱用品很衞生乾淨，樓下吃的也特別多，喝的也多，交通出行什麼的都很方便，離西湖景區還有西溪濕地都很近，各方面都挺好的，推薦大家來體驗一下，很不錯。

房間的環境挺不錯的，乾淨衞生，工作人員也細心，每天會先詢問需不需要打掃衞生，很細緻，有問題也會第一時間回覆並且解決，有什麼需要也會幫忙送，服務很好，周圍吃喝玩樂也方便，不遠就是西湖和靈隱寺，最重要的是酒店旁邊就有地鐵站，去高鐵機場都挺方便的，各方面來説都很不錯，一次很不錯的入住體驗。

出來旅行，聽朋友説還不錯，就預訂啦，因為去的比較早，我定的房間沒有打掃出來，前台小哥幫我升級了房間，態度也特別好，房間也很乾凈整潔，阿姨很熱情，房間電視超大，毛巾浴巾超級舒服，非常nice ，下次來杭州還會選擇這家

酒店下面吃的挺方便，前台的小哥哥態度超級好。行李也可以免費寄存，房間衞生很乾凈，房間設施齊全，前台接待辦理入住快，退房時東西忘記在房間了，前台在第一時間聯繫我，真的非常感謝，小細節感覺杭州這座城市很温暖

這家的環境衞生還是不錯的，有一説一住着挺舒服。交通也很方便，樓下公交地鐵也都比較近的。吃喝的店也很多。離景區也很近。前台小哥很有禮貌，也很熱情!有什麼問題都會耐心解答，解決的也很快很奈斯，

凌晨到店，給免費升級了房間，平方會大一些，是複式的酒店式公寓，房門是人臉識別開門的，不過在二樓，早上外面垃圾清運和施工的聲音比較吵，如果怕吵的可以提前告訴酒店讓安排樓層高一點的房間。衞生間提供的是一次性的洗臉巾和浴巾，房間衞生還不錯。周邊都是寫字樓，樓下餐館奶茶咖啡店很多，吃飯很方便。

除了位置難找一點，其他的真的很好，尤其是服務特別貼心，離地鐵站很近，晚上到的，但是高德地圖和百度都給錯位置，找了很久，最後還是前台小哥親自下樓來接的，體驗感好滿意。

店面齊全，餐館，便利店，早餐店等等都有，房間乾淨衞生，有家的温馨感，配備沙發，茶几，衣架等等，住的舒心，最開心的是酒店還配備一次性浴巾毛巾，類似洗臉巾那種面料，對有潔癖的人來説很友好，比傳統酒店的浴巾感覺好很多，這一點體驗感很好！非常推薦！
