I stay at one bed dorm without window room, size 2x5m as showed in trip.com apps. At first this dormitory hotel gave a good impression: its hv many toilets and bathroom, all in quite clean condition, because always have standby cleaning service on shift. But at my last day stay, i don’t know what happen, the aircon in my room not cool at all, even i’d report through hotel’s wechat account,
Their amneties is perfect: many hairdryer in bathroom, don’t forget to bring your own bath slippers when staying here. There provide coin washing machine, and there are infuse water, hot/cold water, microwave and refrigerator in the lounge. The only thing that bother me is the carpet inside the lift to hotel is very dirty, but maybe it’s because they share lift with Xintian art&craft garden building.

Really clean and warming place to stay for solo travellers. Location is very near to Xihu which is a plus point. Food around the place tastes good too

A very new hotel. Very clean and bed also very comfortable. About 10-15mins walk from the metro station. There are a lots of food around and also can walk to West Lake around 15-20mins. If want to go other attractions places it is very easy to take the public busses around. Toilet very clean. Cleaning lady and man always on standby to clean. The room might be a bit small but everything is there. Bed is very comfy and soft. The centralised aircond system is very good so you have good ventilation although you are taking the bunk bed type. The common area also very big. Only 1 cons is the wall maybe a bit thin, if there are people who kinda selfish talking loud at the corridor you will have to bear with it and if happen your next door neighbour is snoring you might heard about it but all this can be settle by the earplug. Overall its very good and nice hostel with the price.

This stay has been amazing! I don't speak a word of Chinese but the staff has been so accommodating. Helping me to use the laundry or even ordering food. They have kept caring about my wellbeing. I have stayed in 5 star hotels and never received a service like that. The room is very simple but the bed is comfortable. The common areas are very nice and clean. You can hangout in the lounge, eat your food, the shower room is super clean as well. As a solo traveller this has been perfect. And also it was the opportunity to meet new people in the common areas. I can't wait to come back again to Hangzhou to stay there and meet again the lovely staff!

A very clean and bright place to stay.
Located above a food plaza and not far from the west lake.
Friendly staff. Although they dont really speak english but they really tried to help.

This hotel is a chain. The only advantage for me is that it is friendly to people. It is a youth hostel with one room per person. The hygiene is OK. Disposable items need to be purchased separately. It's clean and hygienic. The best impression for my family comes from the cleaning lady who cleans the house every day. Everyone cleans up after taking a shower.
