The hotel is super clean and modern. But something was not right with showers: I spent a lot of time waiting for hot water, much more than taking the shower! It was absolutely unacceptable, I don't know if I waited 10 or 15 minutes, but it took ages. Other people also complained. The smell of cigarettes from the toilet was horrible. It even filled the nearby corridor. The staff was friendly. There was a great view of the city from the shared kitchen. Room was really small, but the bed was comfortable. I was woken up at night because someone missed the room number, and the door card reader makes a loud noise in such a situation. Easy to find breakfast options – it's enough to take the elevator to the ground floor, there are restaurants in the same building.

This hotel is like hidden gems in Hangzhou, it's very very clean hotel, and it's the best hotel at a reasonable price in Hangzhou. The hotel provides all facilities and amenities (microwave, drinking water, towel, toothbrush and slippers). The room is very clean and good arrangements. The most important thing is it's very clean toilet and shower room, I am really happy to staying in this hotel. I reserved this hotel for 2 nights and then I reserved another 2 nights, total 4 nights staying in this hotel.

Not affecting the overall experience BUT: the room description on the web makes it look like there is a private bathroom—no, this hotel only has shared showers and shared toilets. Oh, the toilet seats are heated. Amazing and helpful staff, all squeaky clean and cleaned on regular basis, bright corridors, spacious common space with kitchenette. The washing machines/dryers worked smoothly though I had to ask the staff to help out as I couldn’t make the app run (I don’t have a CN phone number.) Hotel provides a pair of slippers & single use towels, there are also automats where you can buy additional ones, as well as ones with snacks, beverages, water (hot & cold) dispenser. The hotel is near 2 metro lines, but you can easily walk to the West Lake too (it’s some 20-30 min walk depending how fast you walk and how many detours you take). Plenty of eating joints and some kombinis on the street, coffee next door. The only weird thing was, the window of my room led to a shared terrace—I arrived it was dark and woke up to learn. Still, I felt super safe and had no worries about my stuff when I was out. Overall, a good choice for my 4-nights stay.

Actually, this is my first experience to live in such kind of hotels. It’s not a hotel. It’s kind of capsule. Where the room is only 4 m².. and you have to share a bathroom and toilet with other people. But anyway, it was clean and quiet.

Comfortable and quiet room. Bathrooms were fairly clean, with a lot of stalls available. Drinking water día also available. I would stay here again.

Outstanding! Early check in possible. Well located, 10 minutes to the next Metro station. Many food options in the same building on ground floors. Room is small but has everything needed. Bathrooms are kept extremely clean! Washing machine available for a small fee. I had a very pleasant stay.
