入住3天，很滿意。大堂寬敞，乾淨整潔，員工細緻禮貌。位置非常好，城西銀泰在附近，很多吃飯的店。價格不貴，性價比高。距離西湖，靈隱寺都很近.前台的小姐姐們服務都很好.房間簡約大氣是我喜歡的風格.衞生也很乾凈.贊！特別是詩彤小姐姐.熱情禮貌又專業.下來還會來住的.推薦.

進入酒店的一瞬間就感覺到撲面而來的熱情，有人幫忙開門、有人幫忙拿行李、辦入住也很快，還有工作人員把我直接引領到房間，服務簡直太棒了！房間很乾凈，智能化的小度機器人也很有意思，衞生間和浴室乾濕分離這個設計也很好，使用的洗髮水沐浴露也是進口系列的，很舒服很好用，裝修很新，讓人看着就有想進來參觀甚至入住的慾望，房間晚上很安靜，睡得十分舒服。這裏環境好，服務好。衞生也好。設備也齊全，下次肯定再來。

這家漫心酒店是我們公司附近的很方便，距離公司比較近，房間每一個細節都經過精心設計，讓人感覺很舒服，房間配套設施非常不錯，服務人員熱情周到，無論是餐廳、還是客房還是前台，，都讓人感覺極為滿意。值得一提的是，房間外面的環境真是相當不錯，現在這個季節外面花開的真美，在房間裏都能看到外面的風景，非常棒，酒店前台幫忙升級到了有窗户的房間，非常到位，以後來公司都選住這家了。

家庭房比普通房多一個小卧室，適合帶孩子出遊。有問題，酒店值班經理也能很及時很好的解決。房間地面衞生需要在加強下。

第一間，桌子上面還有食物殘渣，晚上七點入住，説是換其他房間，十二點沒通知沒換，房間依然沒有打掃，換了另一間，枕頭擺放雜亂，真是避雷啊，再也不去了

很不錯，裝修佈置有品味，旁邊就是城西銀泰，設施好，環境好，玩的地方也多
床特大，枕頭舒服，房間乾乾淨淨，也很安靜。
浴袍都有單獨包裝，很衞生
免費停車，夏天能停地下車庫就很棒，直接上電梯就是酒店
還有14：00退房真是懶人福音
前台服務態度也很好，退房還給我送伴手禮跟水非常不錯。
