The hotel is in a great location, opposite the Xixi Wetland Park. We upgraded the room when we arrived, and the hotel staff greeted us warmly. It is a little far from the West Lake, but it doesn't matter if we drive by ourselves. It is very convenient to park, and it is more than ten minutes away from the north gate of the free area of Xixi. I will stay here again in the future.

前台小姐姐服務態度很好，之前定的是窗户靠走廊的，到店免費升級到了有窗的房間。
房間結構比較緊湊，大熒幕投影看電視很不錯。衞生間淋浴花灑很大，洗澡很舒服。
開車過去，交通很方便，酒店旁就有高速入口。
酒店靠近西溪濕地旅遊區，旁走過去不遠 460 米，可去網紅的李白圖書館餐廳。

酒店非常好，居住環境不錯，訂的房間帶院子，雖然沒怎麼使用，但是整體住着很舒服，最喜歡的是酒店服務，阿姨清潔及時，前台24小時在線，本人事情比較多前台小姐姐也是一一滿足，並且另一位前台小姐姐推薦遊西溪濕地路線，前台小哥哥還貼心推薦了很多杭州美食，整體很滿意。尤其喜歡機器人小陌，聲音軟糯，非常喜歡😍😍😍。另外唯一缺點就是面對電視左邊牀頭櫃灰塵有點多，其他強推🤙🤙🤙下次還來💖

對於旺季的杭州來説，性價比非常高的酒店，就在西溪濕地公園旁邊，前提是自駕，好像公交地鐵不太方便，離西湖風景區10公里左右，停車免費，國風環境，服務好，贊一個，值得一住！

這次入住體驗超預期！酒店位置絕佳，出門就是地鐵口，逛街吃飯都方便。前台小姐姐笑容超甜，辦理入住速度很快，還貼心推薦了附近的網紅餐廳。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，一躺下去就不想起來～ 浴室熱水充足，水壓也很舒服，洗去了一天的疲憊。最驚喜的是隔音特別好，晚上安安靜靜睡得超香。早餐種類豐富，味道也很贊太用心啦！性價比超高，下次來還住這兒，強烈推薦給大家～

實在是差強人意跟圖片拍的差很多圖片上是精修的實際住房沒那麼好，比較臟沒那麼乾淨。然後那個椅子都沒有椅揹我媽坐上去背都空出來根本沒法做都掉下去，衹能用那些墊子567個墊在那才有一個靠背。。然後這個廁所不談了也是沒有人沖我都自己在那打掃小孩拉了泡噁心死了。空調也是一會兒熱一會兒冷。反正在那邊待着不舒服天熱的要死情緒也不開心。度過了倒黴的兩天。
