The hotel is in a good location to go to West lake about 10 minutes of walking. The hotel room is clean but unfortunately it’s very small. There is not much room to move about if the chair is occupied.

Professional service and the manager Ms Luo is very kind and helpful. All problems solved without any hardship. The online live chat from Japan was extremely helpful with instant translation. Overall is pleasant trip. One kind reminder is this year is the year of Snake (the post on the front door entrance indicated the year of Dragon. Change it as you see for.

The location was excellent. 5 minute walk to the lake. Plenty of bike sharing available outisde the hotel. easy and safe location to walk. when it was raining on a cold dark night, i walked through the undeground luxury shopping and got back to my hotel safely. staff were very friendly and assisted me, despite my poor chinese language skills. room and cleaning were satisfactory.
