The room is clean and spacious, l like the comfortable large bed , and the location is superb convenient, near restaurants, shopping malls and Metro, l will be back again when l back to West Lake.

The hotel is great, good commodities, nice staff and well located. However it's not very soundproof so we were awakened by neighbours and people in the corridor (to note that our room was in front of the elevator so it might be different for other rooms).
