The hotel is a good escape from the more popular West Lake area and is tucked away in an area filled with farms and quiet riverside ambience. The hotel room was large and had good natural light due to its big balcony window. The downsides were a smokey smelling bathroom as someone previously had smoked in the room. The pillows were too soft and couldn't support our necks, causing headaches in the morning. Also for breakfast, it was extremely crowded as there were not enough tables to seat all the guests. We wanted to sit outside and was told by the staff to simply stand outside and wait for people to leave but there was not much space out there either. Many of the guests were unhappy and arguing with staff causing an uncomfortable atmosphere.

這次來湘湖玩兒，在這家酒店住的特別開心。入住時酒店為我免費升級到了陽台房。進門一看，陽台寬敞，視野很好，景色很美。房間的設施很新且是現代風格。喜歡。床品舒適。歡迎水果品質高。早餐特別好。品種很多，中西式都很有品質。味道好。超出預期。就餐環境好。酒店的服務人員服務態度都很好。總之，在這住的各方面都滿意，以後有機會來，還會選這家酒店。

新開的開元酒店在湘湖很不錯，升級到行政套房，客房設施齊全佈局合理衞生乾淨明亮。最方便的是外賣也可以用機器人送到房間，服務態度熱情貼心，有求必應，很好！酒店還會有些活動，位置周邊還有景點可以遊玩，環境不錯。

五一酒店住下來整體很是滿意。從剛開始網上訂的時候沒用原房續住，分了兩次訂，後來致電前台協商並備註了入住期間可以原房續住，整個溝通下來效率並能特事特辦，讓整個行程一開始就鋪墊很是嚮往。後來酒店也有管家提前電話，詢問有無小朋友需要提前準備洗漱用品，酒店地址等確認訊息，提前工作做的很充分。到入住當天，五一節假日路堵累了，前台效率的辦理了入住，同行的其他房間也提前準備好了，沒有過多的等待。酒店很新，離湘湖也就10分鐘車程，避開了人潮擁堵的景點路況，無論去老虎洞，金融鎮慢生活區都很方便。酒店還能看到旗下四合院白牆瓦礫，晚霞照映配合得相得益彰很上鏡。我們準備了羽毛球問了保安前面草坪可以玩耍麼，直接允許放心大膽的在草坪上玩起來了。點的龍蝦夜宵在室外，保潔阿姨也細緻體貼的幫着收拾乾淨。五一期間入住了兩晚，一行人整體對酒店都很滿意，值得點贊。

酒店剛開業，各方面設施都不錯，早餐也可以，送的湘湖遊船票很好用，湘湖環境優美宜人，人不多，開花季節特別好。酒店服務員有禮貌，小徐人熱情，泳池很棒，一人暢遊

雖然很想做完美，但是卻很不專業！
幾個建議:
1:首先攜程的房間升級券沒有搭理，入住房間再問為何沒有升級？答:滿房！
2: 房間味道太大且悶不透氣，空調聲音大無法入眠。3: 點餐無人搭理，上菜不斷出錯，醃篤鮮居然貌似是別人吃剩下的，分量衹有1/4。
4: 餐廳為了表示歉意，送了一份糕點，打包帶回房間吃的時候發現咬不動，明顯時間很久了。這樣玩弄客人真沒必要。
5: 最後退房的時候你們要送水果，等了5分鐘沒來就走了。還是感謝你們！

家門口的度假酒店，攜程上不看都沒發現，周邊配套少了些有待開發。。進來衹有條偏僻小路還以為開錯了。體驗了一下，早餐還不錯，除了餐廳小了點，別的還可以，吃的人超多，來晚了差點坐不下。房間沒得説，設計的新穎時尚，看着乾淨，採光不錯。就是睡前樓上不知道誰在跳繩還是運動有點吵，上面蹦噠的我們有點煩，本來訂了兩晚，被吵的退了一晚直接走了。電話機不能直接call前台，迴應比較慢。好在酒店工作人員文靜幫我們解決了問題，另外大堂外邊的迎賓大叔也要誇一下，好員工！挺親切的，讓人很舒心。可能是剛開的酒店，裏面可以觀看遊玩的還沒有，要是親子項目或者玩樂設施，咖啡廳，音樂酒吧之類的配套跟上來，更豐富些應該會吸引更多人入住。有個缺點提一下：Wi-Fi信號不好。總的來説還不錯給個五星支持一下，希望越來越好！
