My family and I escaped the crowds of downtown Hangzhou and headed to Xianghu Lake for a wonderful trip. On the second day, after a day of fun, I returned to the hotel room at night and Tremella soup was already prepared. 👍I was very satisfied with the hotel I stayed in during this trip to Xianghu Lake. The housekeeper Xiao Ren added me on WeChat that day, sent me travel guides and parking codes, and asked about my needs. Other room services, restaurants, front desk, and reception were all good. The service was proactive, timely, and patient. The hotel breakfast was rich in variety, combining Chinese and Western food, which was very appetizing. 😊 My family ate late after swimming in the morning, and the housekeeper reminded us to get more food first. It was thoughtful. When we checked out, we asked about the accommodation situation and gave us a small gift. It felt warm. Combined with the entire Xianghu Lake environment and the various attractions in the itinerary, it was really worth it! I will definitely come again. 😊
