Very worth the price to say. Walking distance to metro in less than 8 minutes. Nearby got malls and food stalls surrounding. Have free airport transfer hourly. Also provided packed breakfast for us since we took early flight. Best stay and experience with them.

The room was very good. The transfer time was quite long, and the ladies at the front desk allowed us to delay check-out until 2 o'clock. I really thank them.
Airport pick-up service: The pick-up service is very convenient. When picking up checked luggage, just call and someone will pick you up quickly.
Front desk service: The check-in process was very comfortable, and there were fruit gifts. I highly recommend this hotel and will choose it when transiting in Hangzhou in the future!
