Good location. Easy access to train station. Many food surrounding.

Great place and rates

It would have been perfect 10 if they can put on trip the exact way to walk to the hotel from the train station. We were rushing and was lost as the train station staff didn’t know the hotel. So took a taxi. If i don’t remember wrongly, you can exit from the East side of the station and walk to the second floor . Nonetheless, great choice of a hotel.

Very good breakfast. Reception area is messy with lots of boxes behind the counter and not a professional first image. Room is spacious enough though a little dated. Did not use housekeeping service but found hair in sink on arrival. Location is convenient with walking distance to east station, direct metro to west station, airport, west lake and many tourist sites.

The hotel is located next to a mall which is excellent for us. We had our meals at the restaurants there for 3 nights trying the local cuisine. There is a local supermarket at the basement of the mall where I bought a few local sweets to bring back as gifts for friends. We bought the local mandarins (cuties) and mangoes to try. The staff here is impeccable and I would give 10/10 for their great service. The staff like Ms Pretty ( if I spell correctly) went the extra mile. She would translate the names of places of interest (in English) to Mandarin. She gave us the map of Hnagzhou and highlighted the places of interest when we asked for advice. Then she would call a taxi for us (using the local apps) and personally escort us to the taxi to tell the driver (in Mandarin) to take us to the place of interest we wanted to see. She spoke to us in English so there is no communication barrier. This is an awesome hotel I would highly recommend as a Singaporean traveller as the room is clean and the location is fantastic.

It’s okay for a short stay if you’re looking for somewhere close to the railway station. Not sure if this is for all the rooms but my room 909 did not have functional A/C controls. When I asked front desk they said it should work and they’ll get someone to adjust it. What that ended up meaning was turning the fan controls to max (even tho i’ve tried that), opening up the windows to let the smog, heat and humidity in, and put an electric fan in the room. The actual room temperature never went below 22.8C which sounds okay except it was humid, stuffy and felt a lot warmer than that. The hallway was cooler than my room. There is no gym, not even a small one. When I checked in, there was a group ahead of me and even though I had walked up to the desk separately there was zero acknowledgment. So I thought the guy was just busy finishing up his work. Then someone behind me came to retrieve luggage and it wasn’t until I asked is this check in that he finally realized I wasn’t part of the previous group. He could’ve easily at least acknowledged my presence to avoid this type of confusion. Overall the only benefit is the close proximity to the railway station but otherwise I would not recommend staying here.

Location great. Loads of restaurants around . Breakfast is mediocre. Amenities are so so. Check in was a breeze.

Good location near Hangzhou east railway station. Neat and clean rooms, check-in is a easy and fast. Friendly and helpful staff. There are lots of food choice and a supermarket. Lots of restaurants around the holiday and mall near the railway station and inside the railway station.

A nice hotel in a excellent location, about 10 minute walk from the train station, a buffet breakfast and the price is reasonable..

The hotel is in a good location. Close to the railway station and metro for easy access. The hotel staff were great and very professional and attended to my every need. The staff helped me order food to the hotel for special dietary requirements. It is also close to the cbd. A good choice at an affordable rate.

Room is big and comfortable.many eating house / restaurant are nearby.
