酒店在景區，附近有地鐵站，出行方便。預訂二間園景大床房，到了酒店給以免費升級陽台房，給節日出遊增添了驚喜。酒店乾淨衞生，安靜舒適，服務也不錯。酒店處於園林生態環境，飯後漫步走走，也有不少景。早餐純中式，饅頭油條糕點麪條炒菜，雞蛋牛奶豆漿小水果，還是蠻豐富的。酒店內用午餐，價格口味也可以。酒店除了設備稍顯陳舊，其它都不錯，適合休閑型度假居住。

雖然目前算是老酒店，但是酒店今年就會重新裝修啦！第一次來杭州説實話能遇到這麼貼心的服務，對於我們外地人來説太温暖了！由於帶着長者和孩子，酒店還為我們免費升級了房間！酒店環境很好！空氣清新！而且酒店自身的景色就很美！服務超讚！飯店的菜也非常可口，如果來西溪公園那麼完全可以在酒店解決一日三餐！非常方便！地理位置也非常方便，出門就是地鐵站，可以説真的是寶藏酒店！前台小郭盡心盡力服務！每個人都熱臉相迎！老闆為我們解決房車停車問題！真心感謝酒店各位！期待你們重裝後，我們再在杭州西溪茭蘆田莊酒店見面！！

房子一塌糊塗 房頂 牆面嚴重開裂馬桶座墊臟的不知怎麼形容 洗澡水洗好水都排不出去 明顯堵住 雖然工作人員服務態度蠻好 立馬換房 但是換了幾個房間 馬桶都一樣 這民宿在亞運會期間還長價 但是房間實在是太差了 嚴重影響心情 反正是住到過最差的酒店名宿了 反正一言難盡

酒店及設施比較老舊，但居住尚滿足需求。位置在公園裡麪，非常方便。而且，由於房舍隱入園中，進出有一種歸隱感，別具一格。

環境很好，空氣清新，酒店也很大，曲徑通幽，飯店用餐很方便，早餐也好吃。雖然晚上去的，但是酒店裡會電話指引進入酒店的小路。進入房間已經開好空調。但是正逢黃梅季節，房間黴味大。其他季節來應該好點吧。
