The service was excellent! The staffs were really helpful and friendly. Love the breakfast and cake in the hotel. Especially, it’s near famous destinations like Lingyin temple and LongJing tea field. If you want to go to the center, it also just takes about 20~30 minutes. I would recommend to stay here, it was worth the price!

小姐姐小哥哥服務真的好到位 態度超級好房間很大 還給我免費做了升級我真的哭死 都超棒 住酒店越做越好 人傑地靈 無敵了這個地方 還有院子後悔沒帶多一點朋友過來住 超爽

住了三晚，房間比較大，不過露台那個浴缸確實沒什麼使用機會，這個房型最大的問題是房間裏沒個大桌子放東西衹能把東西都扔地上。酒店的早餐簡單但是挺精緻的，下午茶有堅果或者蛋糕可以選，都試了挺不錯的～晚上還有養生粥送到房間，味道感覺就像八寶粥，甜甜的很好喝～隔音一般般可以聽到走廊的聲音，不過也不會影響睡眠，服務很好基本上有求必應，總體來説性價比還是很高的，可以以後再來試試其他房型～

這是一間很舒服的酒店，淡淡的檀香味讓心情放鬆
服務也是超級好，床的軟硬適中，這幾晚也睡得很好
早餐、下午茶、夜宵都有提供，份量很大，兩個女生吃不完
鄰近印象城、西溪濕地公園～很好逛
下次來還是想再入住👍🏻
