It was a fantastic stay with this hotel! Arrived at their lobby with a warm welcome from the front desk. Staffs will help with luggage’s up the stairs as there’s no lift given the just few storeys building. Fell in love with the room right away! It’s sparkling clean and everything was provided, including the dried flowers, soap and bath salt for the tub. We will definitely return here in the future for a nice getaway.

The hotel is conveniently located within short walking distance to Xixi national wetland park, which was the main reason I had picked it. The location and room was pretty peaceful. The hotel and room had some nice artistic pieces that add character to the place :-) A highlight is the breakfast room with the aquarium right above with fishes swimming above your head with really fun; the Chinese breakfast was so-so. The metro is 10 min walk away and there's a shopping mall right beside it.

The service was excellent! The staffs were really helpful and friendly. Love the breakfast and cake in the hotel. Especially, it’s near famous destinations like Lingyin temple and LongJing tea field. If you want to go to the center, it also just takes about 20~30 minutes. I would recommend to stay here, it was worth the price!

The villa-style hotel is designed in the ancient style of Xixi Wetland. The indoor hot spring bath is a feature, and the children like it very much. I hope to install handrails on the side of the bath to make it safer. The breakfast is a bit monotonous, but it is very close to the nearby business district and takeaway is very convenient.

Very bad. The balcony was messy and the walls in the room were moldy. The air conditioner in half of the rooms was broken. I froze to death after staying for two days. I probably won't stay here again. The hotel staff only showed up after shouting. I've stayed in so many hotels and this is the first time I've stayed so badly.

This is my second time visiting Hangzhou and I stayed at your house. Although the lights are dim, I like your home decoration overall. It is also quite quiet. I didn’t take many photos of the interior. I also like the tree outside the window.
