I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this bnb! The location is perfect, just a short distance from the Hangzhou Botanical Garden, making it a peaceful and scenic spot. The room was impeccably clean, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. As someone who is very sensitive to noise, I slept like a log every single night!
The host, the owner lady, was incredibly warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. When I caught a cold during my trip, she not only went out to buy medicine for me but also gave me extra supplies to help me recover. Her kindness and thoughtfulness were truly heartwarming. She upgraded my room without me asking!
Despite the language barrier (I don’t speak Mandarin), she made every effort to communicate and ensure I had everything I needed. Her hospitality made my stay in Hangzhou truly delightful and memorable.
The convenience of having a bus right outside the complex was also a huge plus, making it easy to explore the city.
I cannot recommend this place enough! If you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and welcoming place to stay in Hangzhou, this is it. Thank you so much to the host for making my trip so special—I will definitely be back! 😊

Everyone is so friendly. The hotel is always warm, welcoming and inviting to have other guests visit. I can’t believe I found this accommodation and they were so helpful with additional information or assistance. I recommend this hotel out of any hotel in the area. 10/10 service, 10/10 atmosphere and 10/10 location. It is near everything and has the nicest food and residents nearby. So happy with my experience, 谢谢！

the hotel is in a famous area i guess. the room is ok with enough facilities and cleaniness. the neughborhood around is interesting to walk around.
however we stayed at the 4th floor so it's quite tiring to climb up the floors.

Amazing location with good services, the front desk even helped us to carry our luggages into the room. Room is equipped with LCD projector, bath tub, hot water, and full glass window. Nice to stay in a cozy weather with your loved ones.

The owners are extremely helpful and friendly, but since I speak Chinese, I have no problem communicating with them. It’s only 2 mins walk to the bus stop outside. Since there are rooms available, they allowed me to check in early, and they even upgraded my room too. They offered a very tasty hot orange juice as a welcome drink. The bed is nice, but the hanger is in a very odd position in front of the bed blocking the walkway. I keep hitting it. Anyway, it’s also near the West lake if you enjoy walking. There’s a nice coffee shop next to the homestay.

The hotel room was very nice. It had everything you need. The location was alright, you do need a taxi to go to a lot of locations. But that was fine by me! The service of the hotel is also very good. The people working there are very helpful and friendly. I had forgotten something and they helped me send it via the post to me!
I would definitely recommend this hotel.
