We stayed at the hotel from May 18th to May 20th. The reception was polite and courteous. Although the room was not very big, it was fine for travel. The room was clean, the supplies were complete, and the items were replaced in time. The hotel is not far from West Lake and Huanglong Cave. You can take a bus directly to Lingyin Temple. The location is very good, and there are abundant restaurants around. The hotel provided breakfast, which was buffet style, with many kinds of food, and the shortages were replenished in time.
