It was a very good place, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially the front desk staff, Cao Xiao Cong, helped us on the very first day with so many things. I want to thank her especially. The breakfast was very nice, with a wide variety of food options. The room I stayed in was clean. The only thing I didn’t like was that the kettle was not clean (there was rust on the bottom), but I didn’t plan to use it. If I had mentioned it to the staff, they probably would have provided a clean one. If you’re sensitive to sound, you might want to avoid rooms without windows (some rooms have windows facing the corridor), as you can hear noise from the other rooms through the corridor windows. If I return to Hangzhou, I would choose this hotel again.

一次超出預期的舒心住宿，滿分推薦！
這次出差選擇的酒店堪稱寶藏，從入住到離店全程體驗感拉滿。酒店位置太便利了，步行5分鐘就是地鐵站，周邊餐飲、便利店一應俱全，趕早班高鐵省去了不少趕路時間。
前台小哥服務特別周到，核對訊息時動作麻利，還主動幫我提了沉重的行李箱，細緻講解了早餐時間和電梯使用注意事項，即便我到店時已近深夜，依舊保持着熱情耐心的態度。房間比圖片裏更寬敞，裝修是簡約温馨的風格，最驚喜的是隔音效果——窗外就是主幹道，關上窗卻完全聽不到噪音，搭配柔軟的床墊，讓我徹底卸下了旅途疲憊，一覺睡到天亮。
衞生間打掃得一塵不染，洗漱用品是淡淡的清香型，熱水供應及時且水温穩定。早餐種類不算極致豐富，但中西式搭配合理，現煮的麪條和現磨咖啡口感都很贊，能滿足基本需求。
唯一小小的建議是希望客房的充電插座能再多兩個，但完全不影響整體的滿意程度。無論是商務出行還是休閑旅遊，這家酒店的性價比都很高，下次來這座城市一定還選這裏！
