此次入住非常不滿意。前台就沒見過有開過門營業，客服微信回覆效率很低。攜程上下續住訂單時倒是通過很快，但是沒有發更新的進門密碼給我，導致我半夜回的時候沒法進入房間，半夜也聯繫不到任何前台服務或者微信客服，導致我衹能臨時另開一間酒店住宿。非常糟糕的一次體驗。

房間整體還行，東西齊全，但是不提供肥皂。好像杭州大部分都不提供。有投影可以看視頻。稍有不足的是我那個房間的淋浴有點問題，支架固定不住，水壓也小，房間裏有個雜物室的門還不上有個縫，別的都還行。

住了兩天，本來看評價清一色的很好，但是去了衹能説可圈可點吧#位置交通在一棟公寓樓裏的某一層，離地鐵站不到1公里這樣，周邊比較安靜，樓下吃飯超市都比較便利#房間設施公寓式酒店，有洗衣機電磁爐冰箱投影儀，雖然這些短租也用不到吧床特別搞笑，從床沿的一邊坐下另一邊會略翹起來，不知道什麼原理床正中間的支架還有點硌得慌，睡覺得睡在一邊浴室噴頭熱水水壓略不足，但是不影響洗澡#衞生實在難以恭維，開始去到的一間，桌子一邊高一邊低，上面還有污漬，跟老闆説換了一間，結果還是臟臟的最後衹能自己拿酒精濕巾擦了一下才用除了桌子，牀頭櫃也是懷疑保潔打掃衞生的時候是不是就沒擦桌子#服務前台沒看見人，老闆是微信上辦理的入住，各種要求也基本能滿足退房那天回去晚了，老闆也給延遲了退房總體來説服務還是不錯的#安全房間是密碼鎖，安全性應該挺強的但是有天晚上門鎖自己響了好幾次，一個人住確實有點受驚嚇另外還有一天半夜12點有人輸密碼開鎖，結果是別的房間的找錯了

衞生和設備都過得去，但衞生間一股煙味散不了實在夠嗆，而且我細思極恐，打電話前台讓我直接去指定公寓的幾樓然後開鎖進一個房間，前枱麪都沒見着，走的時候，我微信告訴前台退宿，前台也沒回，我就走了。而且一般這種酒店前台管理的微信朋友圈一定是各種推銷的內容，但我加的這個微信連朋友圈入口都沒有，説明什麼也沒發……房間攝像頭也不知道有沒有，後來越回味越覺得不放心，很沒安全感……給獨自出行的女生避雷。
