The overall service environment of the hotel is relatively good, in line with the feeling of a resort hotel, golf, swimming pool, billiards, gym are all free. The only flaw is that the mini fridge turned out to be broken. Basically there is no way to use. The variety of breakfast is relatively small. Lunch is good. Waiter Special enthusiasm.

Although we only stayed for one evening it was a most pleasurable one. I have very basic Chinese language skills (i.e. None) but the staff were very patient and helpful. It also helped that I had taken a Chinese friend with me for the short break.
Check in was swift and only took around 5 minutes considering I needed to provide all my documentation and covid codes etc. Again the staff were great an made us feel very welcome.
The room was huge with two almost Double beds, a huge bathroom and giant circular bathtub as well as a shower. The mini bar was well stocked and there was a dressing room as well as robes, slippers etc. After a few minutes settling in we were treated to a gift of fresh fruit which was very much appreciated.
The beds were super comfortable and we slept well after we returned from an evening out in Tonglu.
In the morning the breakfast was typical Chinese buffet and was delicious though we didn't eat too much due to our previous evenings dinner.
Even though I was clearly the only Westerner in the Hotel at that point I was made to feel very welcome by every single person I encountered....both staff and guests.
I would highly recommend a stay here if you should ever visit Tonglu.

Overall, not bad. Great location and surroundings greenery. Nice view of the mountain from terrace. Breakfast just soso, but target audience is local, so not much western food selection. Overall feeling clean, but a bit aged. Could use a bit freshening up, especially pool area. If i ever find myself in Tonglu, would stay again.

The hotel is surrounded by mountains and water, with beautiful scenery. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Yingshan Lake. The hotel provides palm mats, which is very considerate for people who are not used to soft mattresses. Fruits are sent. The waiters are polite, answer all questions and respond to all requests. The breakfast is rich, the room is clean and tidy, the facilities are first-class, and it is a real five-star service. I highly recommend it!!!
