酒店位置很好，離景點近，交通餐飲購物都很方便，酒店不靠馬路，相對來説比較安靜，房間很寬敞，各種設施齊全，住宿體驗還不錯

垃圾酒店，房間環境極差，噪音非常大，洗漱用品什麼都沒有，沒有浴巾和毛巾，洗完澡要晾乾才能睡覺，前台戴眼鏡的服務員****，最基本的充電線説沒有，手機關機還讓拿充電寶，***有病，臭**！已經打315投訴！

去九溪十八澗玩了一天，晚上10點左右到的酒店，酒店一次性洗漱用品沒有備，因為自己帶的有，也沒問前台要，離西湖很近，兩公里就到了，環境挺好，非常安靜，很適合休息，感覺也還行

房間特別潮 墊子很硬 把被墊下面都很硬 這個防盜鎖就是一個擺設，用力一推，整個門框都會掉，非常不隔音，隔壁刷牙都能聽得一清二楚，還有這個酒店在一個山上面 裏面全都是修完的路，特別陡，路還特別窄，離哪裡也都不近，打車也得¥10， ¥20的走路根本就不可能得走半個多小時 而且打車定位也特別難，訂不到入口衹能去你的酒店那裡接你，還得繞一大圈 反正除了服務態度挺好的，其他是沒有一件滿意

酒店在景區裏面，旅館負責衞生的服務員很負責任，服務員待客也熱情。但酒店的沒施比較簡單，每個房間裏衹有一個小登子，電視前面有一塊小板，東西也沒地方放，掛衣服的地方也太小了，而且也衹有三個，優點是去旅遊景點方便。

環境特別棒 有獨立衞浴，圖片沒有顯示，門口的木棉花很美，空氣特別好，有免費停車場，不懂的地方到前台詢問也細心周到解答，服務特別棒，周圍還有許多經典景點，太子灣花全開了，走過去十分鐘，下次一定再來這裏，太棒了👏

這個是我來杭州住的最便宜的酒店了，他就在西湖邊上，距離雷峯塔又非常的近！性價比超高的酒店，值得推薦！這個價格就可以了，不要追求五星級的服務和標準了！

房間乾淨整潔，每天保潔大姐整理的都很乾凈，網速快，晚上很安靜，位置特別方便，孩子喜歡去動物園，步行5分鐘就到，附近步行可以到，太子灣公園，蘇堤，動物園，少年小童樂園，凈慈寺，雷峯塔，浴鵠灣，門口可以租共享電車，每天50元到70元不等，可以去南宋御街，河坊街，杭州絲綢博物館，湖濱銀泰in77，和西湖的各個景點，都特別方便。坐公交車可以去之江文化中心，杭州野生動物園，下次還來！
