談不上服務。在跟服務員講了要打掃房間之後，被子不整理；臟布草拿走，忘記提供乾淨布草；或者，見到房間有一條乾淨浴巾，就沒給擦臉毛巾…。問服務員，還理直氣壯的回覆“你沒跟，我，説”，不清楚他們服務員是有什麼專門的分工。打掃房間是要跟某個專門的服務員講嗎。

不足處：1、設施方面：房間空調有異響（因為半夜發現的，就沒去找酒店工作人員，第二天還怪我沒有第一時間聯繫他們），維修後仍舊沒有解決，後經溝通換了房間；地板上有小釘子露在外面；插吹風機的插座需要很用力才能插進去；洗澡熱水不穩定，有時很冷有時很燙；
2、衞生：第一個房間地上踩了以後腳有一層灰，換房間後被套還有血漬，床單有煙頭燙的痕跡以及被套是破的；
3、服務：整體態度還行，但是提出問題需要解決時態度不積極而且推三阻四；
優點：房間面積很大，衞生間乾濕分離；

房間佈局挺好，床墊柔軟舒適。酒店內的環境挺好的。
特別喜歡前台小姐姐，態度特別好。知道我去桐廬漂流之後，很熱情的介紹了當地的一些美食。確實沒踩雷。很好吃。
是我唯一收藏的一家杭州居住的酒店。

簡直物超所值，不知道是不是周邊在裝修的原因，230多可以住到這樣的房間。房間是日式風格，在裏面也有用紙和木頭做的窗户來裝飾，廁所和浴室是分開的，洗漱台在浴室旁邊，非常nice。周圍有地鐵站，走路差不多15分鐘到。還送了我們一份水果，小哥哥小姐姐服務態度也非常好。
