overall ok ,easy to.check in ,staff very friendly and convenient to order food or take subway. plus shopping mall.is so near , to improve probably the Washing machine drying clothes .
insure to have the hotel wechat.it very good for request and asking questions.

Compared to the price the is just okay, but it’s a little bit not clean , there’s a lot of dust and cigarette butts under the bed. They only give one-time use towels!!

"JunCeng City Hotel provides spacious rooms with a comfortable layout, making it perfect for relaxation. The added perk of a late check-out option made my stay even better. The room amenities like the fridge and movie viewing feature were great touches. Highly recommended!"

I booked this hotel for 2 nights. The location is very close to Mrt Station Pengbu exit C. ( only 1 stop from Hangzhou East Railway station. Can reach Pengbu from line 1 or 4) You only need to walk less than 5 min to reach hotel.
This is more like a studio apartment, without receptionist. So, you better contact hotel befor arrival. Hotel will provide information about building ( there are several buildings, in the apps it's stated 2nd building, but we got 3rd building), room number and password to open the door.
Facilities are complete, only no TV. The washing machine is good, also serve as dryer. You can also ask for room cleaning. .
If I come again to Hangzhou, will stay here again.

Stayed for almost a month due to work commitments. Highly recommended. Bit noisy at the weekend but that's because there's one or two bars and restaurants nearby. Generally perfect room, service and location. Would stay again

The boss and the ayi are very friendly and provide good service. The area is very convinient. Have shops restaurants and coffee outside.

Very good location just next to it has subway station, walking distance from Hangzhou East station. Well managed property, budget price. Little difficult to communicate and get room keys and password since they have no front desk.
